1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel who appears on behalf of State-respondents.
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying him the IIIrd ACP on completion of twenty six years of service w.e.f. 01.12.2008. He has referred to several representations made by him to this effect and that the District Development Officer, Jhansi has forwarded his case to the Ayukta, Gram Vikas on 26th of May, 2016. A letter dated 26th of May, 2016 has been filed as Annexure - 5 to the writ petition.
3. Without entering into the merits of the controversy this writ petition is disposed off and a direction is issued to the Commissioner, (Rural Development) to look into the recommendation made in favour of the petitioner by the District Development Officer, Jhansi and summon a report from his subordinate officer and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
