Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri J. J. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Sunil Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
This petition has been filed against orders passed by the Mutation Courts.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that mutation proceedings are summary in nature and no rights would accrue to any party by the orders passed therein and, therefore, this Court may not interfere with the orders which are impugned in this petition.
The petitioner definitely has an alternative remedy of filing a suit for declaration of his rights.
If the petitioner files a Civil Suit within a month from today then for a period of three months, status-quo as of today shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
