The petitioner is aggrieved by non payment of GPF dues since after 31.11.2015.
Learned Standing Counsel informs that the GPF have been finalized at the ends of respondent no.3 and the papers have been forwarded to the office of the Accountant General (A & E)-1 U.P., Allahabad.
In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction the respondent no.4 namely Accountant General (A & E)-1 U.P., Allahabad to expedite the matter and issue necessary direction to respondent no.3 so that payments made to the petitioner so that payments may be made to the petitioner.
In any case for delay on the part of the respondent, the petitioner would be entitled to interest which shall be paid by the authority concerned which is found responsible for the said delay.
Disposed of.
