Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his name is not being recorded in the Nagar Palika Parishad in respect of house no. 73 situate in Mohalla Kaleenganj, Pargana Nizamabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh.
The petitioner for the said purpose may move appropriate application before the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad in the prescribed form and in case any such application for mutation of his name is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law most expeditiously.
The petition is disposed of.
