Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
After perusing the record the counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the memo of the writ petition by mentioning 3(1)XI SC/ST Act in place of 3(1)X SC/ST Act.
The order dated 12.08.2014 is hereby corrected by mentioning 3(1)XI SC/ST Act in place of 3(1)X SC/ST Act in the fourth line of the order.
Accordingly this correction application is allowed.
