JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the opposite party is present before this Court, who is identified by Sri Neeraj Upadhaya, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
Affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri Neeraj Upadhaya, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, today in the Court which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the order of the writ Court dated 29.11.2000 has been complied with and direction to recognised the applicant's seniority has been done and consequential benefits has been paid over to the applicant.
In view of above, the present contempt application has become infrutuous.
Accordingly, it is dismissed as having become infructuous.
