Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging an order dated 04.01.2017 passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 34 of the Land Revenue Act. Not only the writ petition is highly belated and is reported from laches of 620 days, against the order impugned, petitioner has statutory alternative remedy by means of an appeal under Section 210 followed by a revision under Section 219 of the UP Land Revenue Act, which remidies have not been availed by him.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy.
