Heard Sri A.K.Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The petitioner states that a dispute is pending between the petitioner and the respondents no. 1/1 to 1/3 and in spite of the civil suit no. 482 of 2009 being pending, the respondents no. 1/1 to 1/3 are threatening the life and limb of the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner is stated to have submitted an application before the respondent no. 2, Senior Superintendent of Police, Varanasi.
We have gone through the application but the same does not show receiving of any authority.
We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority.
