Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following prayers:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to envisage concrete action plan to catch the stray animals to protect the standing crops in the village Badka Gadwa.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to built cattle shelter home in the village and keep the stray animals in the same.
(c) Issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(d) Award the cost of the writ petition."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states due to stray animals the crops of the farmers are being destroyed, hence he requests that the respondents may be directed to built cattle shelter home at the earliest.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation in this regard before the respondent no.3 and in case such a representation is made, the same shall be decided, expeditiously, preferably, on or before 31.10.2021.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
