JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner - original complainant for the following main reliefs :
"8(A) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondents no.1 -3 to take appropriate actions including filing affidavit in the City Sessions Court of Ahmedabad opposing the Criminal Misc.Application being No.1078 of 2011 filed by the present respondents no.4 - 8 in the Hon'ble Court of City Sessions Judge of Ahmedabad seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR no.I/12 of 2011 registered with Mahila Police Station of Ahmedabad.
(B) That the Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or directions directing the respondent - state to take the appropriate actions of arrest of the respondents no.4 - 8 in connection with the FIR no.I/12 of 2011 registered in Mahila Police Station of Ahmedabad;"
2. Having heard Mr.Brahmbhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.L.B.Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent- State, the present Special Criminal Application is disposed of by observing that as and when any anticipatory bail application and/or bail application is submitted by the accused persons for the complaint being C.R.No.I-12 of 2011 registered with Mahila Police Station, Ahmedabad, it will be open for the petitioner to oppose the same along with the concerned Public Prosecutor. It goes without saying that learned Investigating Officer and the concerned Public Prosecutor is bound to oppose the anticipatory bail application and/or bail application on merits, which is bound to be considered by the concerned Court in accordance with law and on merits.
With this, the present petition is disposed of. No costs.
