Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for issuing direction to Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No,. 2, Meerut to decide the Case No. 3146 of 2018 (Smt. Chhavi Malik Vs. Durvesh Singh Rathi), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Kanker Khera, District- Meerut.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Case No. 3146 of 2018 (Smt. Chhavi Malik Vs. Durvesh Singh Rathi), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 is pending since 16.5.2018, which may be directed to dispose of expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties and there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid observations, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of.
