1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR being CR No.I-123/2011 registered with Vaghodia Police Station, Dist-Vadodara, on the grounds stated in the application.

2. Learned Advocate Mr.S.A Qureshi for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
