Chhatrasinh vs Keshiben

High Court Of Gujarat|06 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

By this application, the applicant seeks extension of time for a period of two weeks so as to enable the applicant to remove the office objections in the main second appeal.
From the averments made in the application, it appears that the applicant is not a position to obtain a certified copy of the decree within the time limit stipulated by this Court. In the circumstances, considering the averments made in the application, request made by the applicant for extension of time for removing the office objections appears to be reasonable.
The application is, therefore, allowed. The time-limit for removal of office objections as directed vide order dated 20.1.2012 shall stand extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
