1. By this application, the applicant - original appellant seeks restoration of Second Appeal (Stamp) No.164 of 2007 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution for non-removal of office objections as directed vide order dated 21.1.2008.
2. Heard Mr. A. J. Shastri, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Harshadray Dave, learned advocate for the respondents.

Having regard to the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the applicant has sufficiently explained as to why the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated time limit. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Second Appeal (Stamp) No.164 of 2007 is hereby restored to file. Office objections to be removed on or before 20.1.2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
