Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The relief claimed in this petition reads thus:-
"(a).Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 for direction to the respondent no.2 and 3 not to harass petitioner without any cause.
(b).Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no.1 to consider and decide dispose off representation filed as (Annexure No.8)."
Although it is orally contended that the petitioner is being harassed, no material has been brought on record to substantiate this misconceived plea. Additionally learned counsel is unable to apprise the Court whether the petitioner has joined pursuant to the order of transfer dated 29 May 2018. This the Court notes since although it is orally asserted that the petitioner has complied with the order, learned counsel is unable to apprise the Court on what basis this submission is made and in any case there is no averment in the affidavit in support of the writ petition.
Writ petition is dismissed.
