This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the proceedings of Criminal Case no. 5841 of 2017 (State Versus Tilak Singh and others) pending in the court of C.J.M. Fatehpur, under Sections 323 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur on which the cognizance was taken on 11.7.2017.
Learned counsel for the applicants failed to point out from the averments and the material brought on record that the ingredients of the offence is not made out against the applicants.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
