Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition seeks the following reliefs:
"I- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order passed by the Commissioner Meerut Mandal Meerut dated 27.06.2018 affirming the enquiry report of the Additional Magistrate Bulandshahar dated 15.06.2018.
II-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority ot to give effect to the retirement notice dated 15.10.2018 intimating the petitioner about his superannuation dated 28.02.2019."
Ex-facie, it is evident that the enquiry report which is alluded to is in fact a noting on the file. Presently no order prematurely retiring the petitioner has been passed. The writ petition is clearly premature and is consequently dismissed as such at this stage.
