In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 18.07.2019 and 29.07.2019, learned Additional C.S.C., Sri P.K. Giri has produced the instructions received by him from Sub Divisional Magistrate (Sadar), District Bareilly. The copy of the instructions are also perused and seen by learned counsel for the applicant.
The instructions clearly stipulates that the application filed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been proceeded and decided by the S.D.M. (Sadar), Bareilly.
In view of the above facts there remains no reason to keep the present contempt application pending as the order passed by writ Court has been complied with.
Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. Notices, if any, stand vacated.
