Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal on the application dated 21.12.2018 filed by the applicant before opposite party no. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate/Up- Ziladhikari, Tamkuhiraj, Kushinagar exercising power under Section 133 Cr.P.C. regarding plot no. 118 within stipulated period.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter before the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Up-Ziladhikari, Tamkuhiraj, Kushinagar.
In view of the above, the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Up-Ziladhikari, Tamkuhiraj, Kushinagar is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording full opportunity of hearing to the affected parties.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
