Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Allahabad/Prayagraj to consider and decide the 6-C Application along with Civil Suit No. 1238 of 2014 (Chhangu Lal Vs. Krishn Kumar and another) expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that the suit is for specific performance of an instrument which was duly registered and in which the application for injunction has not been disposed of till date, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the concerned Civil Judge to move further in the matter with expedition and ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted to either of the parties.
