The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that certain orders passed in his favour in a case pending before the consolidation authorities when a notification under Section 52 was issued have not yet been implemented even though the Consolidation Officer exercising his powers under Rule 109-A (1) of the U.P Consolidation of Holding Rules, 1954 has recommended that the name of the petitioner be recorded in the consolidation records.
The petitioner may file a representation before the Consolidation Officer stating his grievance and all the necessary facts which shall be decided by the Consolidation Officer within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
