JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 This Court on 16.12.2011 passed the following order.:
"The learned advocate for the appellant will take appropriate action qua the unserved/expired respondents within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the matters will stand dismissed. The matters to be listed on 17.01.2012.
A copy of this order shall be kept in each matter. "
2.0 Inspite of aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default.
