ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned HCGP for the Respondent –State. Perused the records.
2. The petitioners who are arraigned as Accused Nos. 1, 3 & 4 have approached this Court for grant of Anticipatory Bail. This Court after considering the facts and circumstances of the case in detail has granted Anticipatory Bail vide order dated 12.06.2019. While granting bail, this court has observed that, the injuries suffered by the victim do not tally with the allegations made against the accused persons and also considered all other factual matrix of the case by imposing stringent conditions. Therefore, I do not find any strong reasons to take a different view from that of the view taken by this court while granting interim bail.
3. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the petition is allowed. The interim bail granted by this Court is made absolute. However, Condition No.(i) is modified as under:-
i) Each of the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and each of them shall execute their personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the like-sum to the satisfaction of the Jurisdictional Court.
