On the last occasion, a week's time to file supplementary counter affidavit but till date, the said affidavit has not been filed. However, in the interest of justice, a week's further time is granted to file supplementary counter affidavit.
As the Counsel for the respondent, Sri Bhadauria is not present, Counsel for the petitioner shall inform in writing about today's order.
