Heard Sri S.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 3.4.2019 passed by Special Judge, (Prevention of Corruption Act)/Special Court No.1, Meerut in Criminal Misc. Case No.68 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that aggrieved by the illegal activities of the opposite parties, the applicant had moved an application before the District Magistrate, Meerut on 11.1.2019 with a prayer to take proper action against the opposite parties and when nothing was done, the applicant moved an application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the court below on 19.1.2019. Thereafter the court below has wrongly rejected the said complaint vide order dated 3.4.2019. Hence present 482 Cr.P.C. Application before this Court.
Learned AGA opposed the prayer for quashing of the impugned order.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
