ORDER Though this petition is listed for admission, with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, heard arguments on merits for final disposal.
2. The petitioner herein is seeking transfer of M.C.No.29/2017 pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Holalkere to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Harihara.
3. Counsel for the respondent has no objection to transfer the petition as prayed for.
4. In view of the submission of the counsel for both parties, this civil petition is allowed. M.C.No.29/2017 pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Holalkere is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Harihara.
Both parties are directed to appear before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Harihara on 17.06.2019.
Registry is directed to issue intimation to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Holalkere for transmission of records.
