Heard Sri Hitesh Pachori for the petitioner, Standing Counsel for State of U.P. and Sri Abrar Ahmad for respondents-2 to 4.
This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the General Manager (respondent-2) to release the post retiral dues of the petitioner, giving benefit of Assured Career Progression Scheme, i.e. leave encashment, gratuity, provident fund, etc.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Oilman on 31.1.2015, but his post retiral dues has not been paid till today. Although the petitioner is entitled for Assured Career Progression Scheme, but his salary has not been revised, giving benefit of the scheme. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before General Manager (respondent-2).
The writ petition is disposed of directing General Manager (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
