[1] Case is pending before the Trial Court. Without approaching Trial Court, straightway the applicant has approached this Court.
[2] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court. Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty.
[3] If any fresh bail application is preferred by the applicant before the Trial Court, in that event, the Trial Court will consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merits without influenced by the order passed by this Court today and considering the facts of the case.
