Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri I.P. Srivastava, learned AGA.
The Court is unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail since the transit pass for the minor minerals as well as the weighment are not correlatable to the total amount of the minor minerals which were seized and which seizure forms the subject matter of the impugned FIR. Since the interest of public revenue is directly involved, the Court finds no ground to accord the liberty of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The application is rejected.
