1. It is stated that running of Hookka Bar is illegal as stated by Sub- Inspector concerned in impugned notice.

2. When questioned, learned Standing Counsel could not explain as to how running of Hookka Bar is an illegal act. Let respondent no. 3 appear in person on 06.03.2018 to explain the things.
