Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Virendra Kumar Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 31.10.2019 by which an amount of Rs.10,030/- has been directed to be deducted from the salary of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner has already approached the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I, Agra for redressal of his grievances. Copy of the Complaint Case No.40 of 2020 filed by the petitioner is annexed as Annexure 7 to the writ petition.
Since, petitioner has already approached before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I, Agra for redressal of his grievances, therefore, writ petition is not maintainable.
Accordingly, writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
