This application pertains to the year 1993. It cannot be allowed to swing years together at the dint of an interim order which was granted by another Bench of this Court on 27.5.1993. This case was earlier restored as it had been dismissed for want for prosecution on 12.2.2008. It appears that the applicant has lost his interest in pursuing the matter. There is no justifiable ground to keep the application pending for indefinite period. The application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
