Cheruvallil vs Ramlathu Beevi @ Doulathu Puthenvila

After arguing for sometime, when it was pointed out that the ultimate order is acquitting the accused and the remedy of the petitioner is to file appeal against that order, Counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this revision with liberty to file appeal against the same. Permission is granted and the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order produced to the Counsel for the petitioner on getting necessary acknowledgment for the same.
