ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not carrying out the repairs to the petitioner’s Stall Nos. 29 and 30 in Ibrahimpatnam Rythu Bazar, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District by considering her representation dated 23.8.2007 and telegram dated1.9.2007 and also threatening the petitioner for her eviction from the said stalls.
It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that after filing the present Writ Petition, necessary repairs have been carried out in the said stalls and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
