“The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a petition seeking to dispense with the presence of the Superintendent of Police, Visakhapatnam District. The Superintendent of Police, Visakhapatnam District appeared and explained that he did not appear on 28-4-2014 on account of communication gap. His representation is accepted. The matter relating to calling the Superintendent of Police, Visakhapatnam District is closed.
Bail application be called during the first Vacation Court, 2014.”
