Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent / contemnor submitted that the order of this Court in the Writ Petition has been complied with.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above order passed by the respondent is in compliance of the order of this Court. However the question raised by him is regarding due implementation of the order now passed by the respondent in favour of the petitioner. The proceedings for initiating contempt cannot be enlarged beyond scope and there cannot be further direction to implement the order which is in compliance of the direction of this Court.
3. Recording the statement on both sides, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
