ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the petitioner is having alternative remedy, for, the municipal authority has decided the matter rightly or wrongly considering the petitioner’s objection in terms of the order passed by this Court.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach with the revision application to the concerned authority under the statute.
The miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No costs.
