Pleader ORDER The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to renew the Registration of their Mandram and issue the Registration Certificate and the list of members as filed by them under Form VII, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's application dated 26.05.2017 for renewal of the petitioner Mandram and issue the Registration Certificate and the list of members, the second respondent has not renewed the same.
3. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents submitted that the second respondent may be directed renew the licence, in accordance with law, in twelve weeks time.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.05.2017 for renewal of the petitioner Mandram and for issuance of Registration Certificate and the list of members, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the application is otherwise in order.
