(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties and taking into consideration the letter produced before us dated 02.01.2014 by the Chairman of the Hawking Zone Implementation Committee, we are of the view that the Committee should examine the request of the petitioner and if it is of the view that the request is required to be acceded to, then only the recommendation may be made for the High Court to examine for purposes of variation of the order already passed by this Court.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
