The learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pending aforesaid writ petition, the enquiry conducted under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act has been concluded and report also has been submitted. Thereafter, surcharge proceedings has been initiated under Section 87 of the said Act. The said fact has also been admitted by the counsel for the petitioner.
2 In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
