ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 30.01.2016 vide Annexure ‘M’.
2. It is just and appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 30.01.2016 vide Annexure ‘M’.
3. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed off.
Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 30.01.2016 vide Annexure ‘M’ and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
