JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.7830 of 2009 Between:
Chenna Venkata Ramaiah PETITIONER AND 1. Venkatapuram Gram Panchayat, rep. by its Executive Authority cum Panchayat Secretary, Venkatapuram Village, Eluru (M), West Godavari District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
