This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in publishing tender notification bearing Lr.No.LPG17(1)/2010-2011 dated 25.03.2010 in Andhra Jyothi daily news paper in Khammam district edition dated 26.03.2010 calling for separate sealed tenders by 29.03.2010 for delivery persons to deliver LPG cooking gas filled cylinders to the houses of the customers under regular and Deepam schemes from Palvancha and Kothagudem LPG go downs and return the empty gas cylinders vice versa till 31.03.2010.
2. This Court by interim order dated 30.03.2010 permitted the petitioner to participate in the tender process. Since the period fixed in the tender notification itself completed, nothing survives for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
