Heard Ms. Tejal Vashi, learned advocate for the petitioner. Notice returnable on 26.11.2012. It appears from the record of the petition that the Revision Application filed by the petitioner came to be registered as Revision Application No.MVV/REV/AMD/5/2007 which was disposed of vide order dated 17.2.2009 at AnnexureV, whereas at AnnexureY there is a notice issued on behalf of the Additional Secretary, Revenue Department (Appeals) whereby final hearing of the said Revision Application was kept on 21.6.2012. Both these documents are self contradictory. Therefore, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to send original record and proceedings of the aforesaid Revision Application so as to reach this Court on or before 23.11.2012. Direct service is permitted.
