Surendra Mohan, J. We do not find any grounds to admit this Writ Appeal. The learned Single Judge has directed, as per the judgment appealed against, to consider Ext.P3 application submitted with notice to the appellant. We do not find any justification in granting the modification that is sought for. It is for the petitioner to approach the learned Single Judge, if any modification is necessary.

With the above observation, this Writ Appeal is dismissed.
