Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi, to dispose of I.A.No.9 of 2014 in O.S.No.935 of 2004 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner along with one Chellammal filed a suit in O.S.No.935 of 2004 for partition and separate possession. Preliminary decree was passed and separate possession of 2/3rd share in A schedule property and also other reliefs were granted on 13.04.2006. He would further submit that the petitioners have filed an application in I.A.No.9 of 2014 for passing of final decree. Thereafter, Advocate Commissioner was appointed and he has not filed his report and that the matter is pending without any progress. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of the application.
3. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am inclined to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Kallakurichi, is directed to expedite the enquiry and give a direction to the Advocate Commissioner to file a report and to dispose of I.A.No.9 of 2014 in O.S.No.935 of 2004 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
