JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner, who is an agriculturist, is before this Court and according to him, he obtained agriculture loan from the second respondent under ?Kisan Credit Scheme?, which was later fully settled under OTS offer. Thereafter, by pledging his jewels, he obtained another loan from the second respondent and when he attempted to redeem his jewels back, by making necessary payments, he was demanded to pay the outstanding arrears with regard to the earlier loan. Aggrieved by this action, he has submitted a representation dated 14.11.2017 before the second respondent and because of their inaction, the present petition came to be filed, for the aforesaid relief.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to dispose of his representation dated 14.11.2017, in accordance with law, for which, there shall not be any serious objections.
4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
