ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not passing order on the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal filed against order, dated 25.10.2014 of respondent No.4 cancelling the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization on the ground that she is elected as Member of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency, as illegal and arbitrary.
Considering the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of respondent No.4 cancelling the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, is pending before respondent No.3, it would be in the interests of justice that he disposes of the appeal itself expeditiously. Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of main petition, WPMP.No.50987 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
