The present application has been filed by the applicant under sec. 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for the prayer that FIR being C.R. No. I-11/2012 registered with DCB Police Station, Ahmedabad, may be quashed and set aside on the grounds stated in the application.

After arguing for some time, learned advocate Mr. Gondalia seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission granted. The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
