ORDER: (Per Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 03.04.2007 in W.A.No.622 of 2002.
After arguing the case, Mr. L. Ravi Chander, learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to his clients to approach the respondents with a notice and file a fresh contempt proceedings with proper averments and material in the event the respondents do not either comply with the order or give satisfactory response to the legal notice.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
